Hi,

Require more information to help you better. Are there any other symptoms like cold/cough/fever/nausea associated with headache?
Avoid watching TV/mobile for longer hours, take adequate rest, drink plenty of water (3-4 litres of water per day), avoid stress by doing yoga, meditation.

For headache, you can take Tab. Paracetamol 500mg for relief.
