Do you have fever, cold, sinusitis /sinus infection, neck stiffness?

Is it one sided throbbing pain associated with nausea /vomiting?

In that case, I would suggest you to consult with physician for detailed examination. He may procure complete hemogram, sinus X rays, computed tomography head SOS as per evaluation to rule out any other possibilities.

Mean while, you can take tablet motrin. In case of nasal congestion, you can take steam inhalation and Betadine gargle.
