Headaches are mostly on the side of head right above the ears and above forehead. sometimes the pain is pressure other times when move it feels sharp. No fever or nasal discharge. I have Hydrocephalus slit ventricles and epilepsy. I had a seizure a month ago and hit my head, but all my tests were negative. I'm going to see a new neurologist Monday for the seizures I had since they were new and I hadn't had any for 5 years.

Detailed Answer:
Hi again dear,
Thank you for the provided information.
In my opinion, based on the location of the headache it can be migraine.
Patients with seizure disorder, are twice as likely to have migraine headaches.
So, I suggest to use prescription medication to treat the headache such as Triptan Forte.
You should consult your doctor about the prescription.
Hope my answer was helpful.
