Hi,
The symptoms you mentioned are very generalised and doesn't indicate a serious concern.
May I know how long do you have these symptoms?
Are you running fever? developing cold/nasal congestion; cough; pain while swallowing /chest pain / body aches?
May I know your age?
Do you have any past medical conditions?
Awaiting your response...

Brief Answer:
Allergy vs infection...
Detailed Answer:
Apologies for the late reply...
Your symptoms are related to an upper respiratory condition where the condition could either be related to allergy or infection.
I would suggest starting antihistamine drugs - like tab cetirizine 10mg once daily at night for 3-4 days along with steam inhalation three times.
Drink plenty of fluids - warm fluids and monitor the progress of symptoms. If you don't get better in 2-3 days or if you develop new symptoms you should visit a doctor for evaluation.
Until the problem is sorted, it is advisable to stay isolated. Keep away from family members and others. Practice safe hygiene and clean your hands with sanitizer frequently.
Hope this helps. Let me know if you need clarification.
