Question : hello Doctor, we are currently trying for a baby and as a precaution I went for a semen analysis, please find the report requested suggest me if I have take any medication for better and improve our chances

Your semen analysis doesn't show morphology. Though the total count is normal you need to improve up on rapid progressive motility.
Number of non motile sperm are more.
So I suggest you to get a direct check up with urologist to rule out any infection or varicocele.
