Question : hello Dr. m using elocon ointment and levo cetrizine 10mg for the past 10 days as suggested by Dr.kakar. the itching has reduced drastically. I noticed that there are small bumps visible after applying this ointment and getting tingling and sensation like picking with a pin in each of these bumps. as I continue applying the cream pls advise on these bumps. attachez photos. Thanks.

These bumps are prominent sebaceous glands and are pretty normal. I suggest you to continue with Elocon cream (mometasone furoate 0.1% cream), twice daily for another 10 days to 2weeks along with Levocetrizine 5mg tablet, once a day.
