Question : hello, I have had a medical abortion with mifepristone and misoprostol about 18 days ago. I was almost 4 weeks, after misoprostol I bled heavily for 5 days then it stopped. tender breasts went away a week after. however, I have been experiencing chronic nausea that has started around 4 days ago and isn%E2%80%99t going away. what could be the cause of this?

                                    Brief Answer:
Pregnancy symptoms take time to go away
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
I understand your concerns.
Pregnancy symptoms like nausea and vomiting are caused by hormones line hcg in blood.
It takes time about a month for blood levels of hormones to reduce and these symptoms like nausea to go away completely.
You will see the decline in symptoms soon by next week.
Let me know if you need anymore help.
Regards

but should I still be concerned that the chronic nausea started 2 weeks after the abortion? or is it normal for it to hit a while after?
