hello,

I%E2%80%99ll randomly have these red spots on my forehead and cheeks and is usually accompanied by pressure around the middle ear. I had sinus surgery roughly 15 months ago and have also experienced these spots during what my regular GP believes was a %E2%80%9CThunderclap headache%E2%80%9D. Just looking for a second opinion on this as I often wonder if its related to blood flows issues or something like that. thank you.

I have gone through your query and reviewed the attached photograph though its not very clear.
These spots doesn’t seem to be related to anything specific.
It could be because of some vascular or hormonal changes.
How frequent do you get these spots?
Are they asymptomatic or associated with itching and burning?
How much time do they take to disappear?

Hello,

I would say once or twice every few months, they%E2%80%99re usually accompanied by a form of headache and the mark will last for about an hour before fading. If relevant, I regularly have a feeling of pressure in my ears, and that runs parralell on the top of my head when laughing or smiling.
