Brief Answer:
Fungal infection. Oral and topical antifungal
Detailed Answer:
Hello and welcome to ask a doctor service. I have gone through your query and viewed the image.
I can see dark patches with raised expanding edges. It seems like a fungal infection. I suggest you to use a topical antifungal e.g either clotrimazole cream or ketoconazole cream, twice daily. In addition I suggest you to take an oral antihistamine e.g cetirizine 10mg tablet once a day for symptomatic relief from itching. I also suggest you to take an oral antifungal e.g itraconazole 100mg or terbinafine 250mg for 4 weeks.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if you need any more assistance.
