Brief Answer:
Kindly describe the chest pain

Detailed Answer:
Hello and welcome to Ask A Doctor service.

Kindly describe the chest pain. can you pinpoint the pain, Where exactly is the chest pain, what makes is worse or better, since when is it there, how bad is the pain, does it get worse by breathing or touching, any associated symptoms like mucous, if mucous present then what colour and consistency?
Do you difficulty in breathing?
any past history of allergies or asthma or similar complaints?
Have you tried any medicine?
What is the name of the medicine tried?
Have you done chest X ray or ECG?

I hope you are self-isolating as some symptoms are overlapping COVID-19

Kindly respond to the questions so that I am better able to help.

Brief Answer:
Azithromycin is an antibiotic

Detailed Answer:
Hi again

Azithromycin is an antibiotic
Montul L thins sputum/mucous
Pradni 10 seems to be prednisone, a steroid. It should not be taken unnecessarily and for more than few days.
dairyphyllin is meant to dilate windpipe and facilitate breathing.
Did these medicines improve your symptoms?

Since its on right side it could be coming from lungs. It could also have other causes. So please answer all questions so that I can narrow the diagnosis.

Brief Answer:
Seems something related to your esophagus and stomach

Detailed Answer:
Hi again

I have carefully analysed all your symptoms.
Can you also describe your stomach upset. Is it acidity or diarhea, vomiting etc.

From your current symptoms it seems to be related to some disorder of your foodpipe. If your stomach upset means acidity, then it could be gastro-esophageal reflux disease, esophagitis, esopahgeal spasm. In this case all other medicines will be discontinued and antacids like omeprazole will be started.

If your stomach upset means diarhea, then it is some virus. In this case also all the medicines except cetirizine and paracetamol will be unnecessary.
