Question : hello at age 17 I was in a fight n got punched in my temple the knot till this day never went away I'm 33 now I went to numerous docs over the years got looked at n they said I was fine but threw out da years I been having off n on right side temple area I use 2 suffer from severe headaches but they stop but recently the past 3 days I been having right sided temple pain not severe it's been worrying me do you think it's a tumor bleeding or an anursum the pain comes n goes it's not severe it doesn't stop me from sleeping n I don't get dizzy but I'm extremely nervous

I have gone through your query and here is my opinion.

I don't think that your recent right sided headache has any relation to the history of injury in the past.
16 years have elapsed and you had multiple clinical examinations after the blow which revealed nothing.

Your pain might be stress headache or migrainous headache.
Have you got your eyesight checked?

You need to visit a neurophysician for evaluation and investigations.
He may go for an EEG and brain scan.

Time being,for the control of pain,you can take anti inflammatory analgesics such Advil or acetaminophen.
Avoid sleep deprivation,avoid alcohol and caffeine,de stress yourself by meditation or yoga and have routine sun exposure.
