Question : hello doc, I have delivered a baby girl on mar 22. since then I'm experiencing increased flatulence and bloating please let me know how to resolve the issue

I dont think it has any connection with delivery as it happened on March .
Gastritis or fatty food may cause this symptoms.You can try some antacids like Gelucil mps or PPI like pantoprazole.
