                                    Brief Answer:
Kojic acid cream, sunscreen & antioxidant
Detailed Answer:
Hi
Welcome to ask a doctor service
I have gone through your query and reviewed the attached photograph.
I would recommend you to apply cream containing kojic acid like Melaglow cream on the dark circles twice daily along with frequent and regular application of a sunscreen ( faceguard gel) on the entire face 2-3 times during the day.
Also take an antioxidant like capsule Antoxid HC once daily.
These medicines need to be continued for at least 8-10 weeks to see significant results.
I hope to have answered your query and would be happy to answer any further queries.
Regards
Dr Asmeet
