Question: hello doctor ,

I made a consultation for my wife one month back regarding rashes near vagina,belly and upper back , doctor provided one ointment %E2%80%98candid b%E2%80%99 PFA screenshot of doctor prescription, but no improvement so far we are using ointment (3) from past one month

new rashes are formed and no change in the old rashes, there is another rash or some different one formed near midline pit, PFA

Hi,

Thanks for writing back.

I have seen the images attached.

Based on the description of the sites, it appears to be corset eczema overseeded by fungal infection.

Applying MICONAZOLE ointment like DK gel would help here. This has to be done for a minimum of 1 months to see some considerable change.

ANtihistminics like Tab Levocet 5mg can be taken in the night for a period of 5 days to alleviate itching if there is any.
