Hello and welcome to Ask A Doctor services.
I have read your query and here is my advise.

* As per my clinical experience, the sharp pain upper abdomen, not
responding to proton pump inhibitor may be in relation with gall bladder
dysfunction, acute gastritis or else likely.

Kindly provide me further details so that I can answer your query more precisely.

1. Relation of pain with food intake if any ?
2. Any change in food habit within last 3 days, to cover the day before the
onset of pain ?
3. Any past history of similar episodes ?

actually I was suffering from appendicitis for which I was operated and got it removed. My food intake has remained same a usual but only change is I'm having my breakfast late and I have started to drink home made herbal tea. Having even little masala food makes my stomach upset and feels bloated which continues for many days after which I get pain at the back and in the chest and this keeps happening on a regular basis. please suggest.

- avoid stress and anxiety
- manage to have sound regular uninterupted sleep of 7 hours
- avoid smoking or alcohol if consuming

- add intake of tablet ondancetron ( 4 mg ) with sips of water on empty
stomach twice a day along with Pan tablet
- ayurvedic enzyme preparations, bulk forming laxatives as Ispaghula husk
or Psyllium do help great

* Would like to know previous reports if available in terms of ultrasound of
