Ketoconazole or ciclopirox olamine shampoo

Detailed Answer:

Welcome to ask a doctor service
There is no permanent cure for dandruff.
You have to use an antifungal shampoo containing ketoconazole or ciclopirox olamine every alternate day.
Once the dandruff comes under control you can reduce the shampoo to once or twice weekly.
This will stop the recurrence of dandruff.
