Brief Answer:
Regarding dandruff

Detailed Answer:
Hello and welcome to ask a doctor service. I have gone through your query and noted your concern.

You may try a 2% ketoconazole based shampoo e.g either Nizral or Scalpe shampoo (also has ZPTO) for mild dandruff. However, if it is thick, adherent form of dandruff I suggest you to also use a topical steroid lotion e.g either clobetasol propionate 0.05% or betamethasone dipropionate 0.05% lotion with or without salicylic acid (3-6%).

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if you need any more assistance.
