Question : hello doctor, i am having a sharp pain on my shoulder amd neck line and i am having it since last 15 days. and because of it my whole right hand hurts. can you please help

Hello dear, welcome to Ask a doctor service.
I read your query and here is my advice.

I see the photo you attached and apparently the neck seems normal and shoulder too.
I suppose there can be an issue with cervical probably a bulking disc causing radiculopathy or pinched nerve spine arthritis, which may provide, neck and shoulder pain and right arm pain too.
It would be better if you do a x-ray of cervical spine to see its conditions.
Using antinflamatory drugs such advil or naproxen can be used to ease the pain.
Also use ice packs on spine.
Avoid painful activities.
