Brief Answer:
Seems to be gut infection, antibiotic and antispasmodic will help

Detailed Answer:
Hi

Thanks for asking on Ask A Doctor platform

I have gone through the details and do understand your concern. Increased frequency of motion with pain is mainly due to intestinal infection.
I won't get overly worried if stool is not very watery, mixed with blood and there is no vomiting.
In such cases antibiotic like combination of ofloxacin and metronidazole/tinidazole (Ornof syrup/O2 /ofal m syrup) with antispasmodic like dicyclomine suspension (meftal spas syrup) helps.
For 3.5 yrs old child the usual dose of ofal m or ornof syrup is 6 ml two times a day and dicyclomine syrup 5 ml two to three times a day.The total duration of antibiotic treatment should be for 5 days. You can discontinue antispasmodic after 2-3 days. Continue giving fluids and frequent small amount of food of his choice.
I hope this helps.
Please let me know if you have any more doubts.
Wishing for good health of your child.
Regards
