we did some tests for our father as part of routine check up. can you please review the attached reports and tell me how he is doing?

condition : cor pumonary with ongoing medicine

I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

This report is normal. Only RBC Count is a bit raised and I donot see an obvious cause for it. Maybe it can corelate with some inflammation or intake of any particular medicine. So it can be ignored.
