mri study shows intra-substance signal alteration, appearing hyperintense on T2W/STIR images involving the body region criciate ligament near the tibial attachment with associated mild buckling of poterior cruciate ligament - possibly partial thickness tear of ACL/sprain.
Lateral collateral ligament appears wavy with minimal fluid signal along the ligament-possibly sprain
Grade-1 signal changes is seen in posterior horn of medical meniscus.
Moderate joint effusion is seen with retro/supra-patellar extension.

                                    Brief Answer:
Internal knee joint injury present.
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for posting your query.
The MRI scan findings suggest an internal injury of the knee. There is a possibility of sprain or a tear of the ligament. Your knee needs an absolute rest- preferably use a brace or a cast for proper healing. You can get a repeat MRI scan done after 8 weeks to check the extent of healing. After proper healing you may need some physiotherapy to regain the full range of movement and strength in the knee joint.
Avoid weight bearing on the knee and avoid all the painful movements till you consult your orthopedician for a cast or a knee brace.
I hope this answers your query.
In case you have additional questions or doubts, you can forward them to me, and I shall be glad to help you out.
Wishing you good health.
