Question: hello,

i have a warm sensation in my lower right leg from the bottom and going up the calf. no discoloration, and no pain just the warm sensation. i am type 2

A warm sensation in the lower right leg with no color changes can be due to a mild nerve root compression at the level of lower spine or a mild electrolyte disturbance . This can be related to low levels of vitamin b12 also .
You need to get a few blood tests done and start with proper supplement .

I have a tear in my posterior tibia tendon from 9 months ago and developed a complex tear in my meniscus. No recent trauma to the area!
