Question : hello. i have broken out in small bumps in different areas of my body.. such as my hands, fingers, shoulders and behind my ears and my feet. they are extremely itchy and have been present since yesterday. i have attatchdd some pictures below. i am also presenting with swelling as you can see in the picture of my hand.

I see the photo you attached and I think it is an allergic reaction to a food or substance you recently had contact with.
I think you should do a prednisolone injection and take a citerizine tablet.
Also you should stop taking the food or substance that you suspect may have caused it.
Keep yourself under observations.
If the rash doesn't get better and is also acompained by swelling in lips and face go to ER.
