Hello I Have Had Swollen Lymph Nodes In My Groin

Question: hello i have had swollen lymph nodes in my groin area for couple of times in the last 3 months with a 24/7 headpain. I tested hiv and syphilis both negative. now I have a big swollen lymph node in my groin area and a big blister on lower side of my testicles . what sickness could it be?

Do you have a photo of the testicular blister? To me it sounds like the blister is leading to local lymphadenopathy, I.e. swollen lymph node as a reaction to infection. Have you had penile swab or urine cultures? Any ultrasound of your testicles or a physical examination?

attached is swollen lymph node on groin and blister on testicle. but I have had several lymph nodes in groin coming and go but head pain never goes away
