Based on the facts that you have posted pelvic pain in men is usually due to infection of Prostate (Prostatitis) and needs to be confirmed by doing following investigations
1) Digital Rectal Examination by a qualified Urologist
2) Routine urine test and Urine culture
3)Ultrasound Scanning of abdomen and pelvis.
4)Microscopic examination and culture of urethral discharge obtained after doing prostate massage.
5) Semen examination and semen culture .
