Brief Answer:
Seborrhoea with secondary infection.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for the query.
I have gone through the reports.
The lesion look like a seborrhoea( kind of fungal infection) with superadded local inflammation or infection.
As a first line management you can apply over the counter antifungal-antibiotic combination like clotrimazole-Neosporine after cleaning with soap and water.
Generally you will see response in four to five days. If lesion persists better to consult a dermatologist and get evaluated.
Thanks
