Question : hello since the past week I notice a little rash on my penis I will like to know if this is just a rash or something else like a venereal disease, is not painfull at all only if a put cool water or very hot water is already 9 day and dont desapear

I would like to keep a possibility of genital herpes first and would also like to rule out another possibility of syphilis. You may take a DNA PCR for HSV from the lesion for confirmation.

You may use cortisone cream (hydrocortisone 1% cream). it is over the counter but very mild.
