Hello dear,
As you are having same problem in past as well, it is better to investigate yourself.
You should get your Hb,thyroid profile and pelvic ultrasound to rule out the cause of your symptoms.
Meanwhile you can take Trapic tablet after consulting your treating doctor to stop bleeding and take healthy and nutritious diet.
Take some iron supplement as you are bleeding for long.
