Question : hey so I have been taking meth for about a week and I started getting white sores on the sides of my tongue about 4 days ago they all kinda hurt. It wasnt until yesterday I realized meth was the cause of the sores so I decided I wasnt going to do it anymore. well about 5 hours I go there was one that was big and hurting bad so I decided to take pliers and rip it off. it bled for a bit but now there's a yellow coating in the center of the sore. what should I do?
I pulled off a white sore on the side of my tongue yesterday because it was hurting really bad and now the middle of it has a yellow coating what should I do?

I read your query and here is my advice.
The sores in mouth you are having are probably canker sores small painful ulcera in mouth.
Smoking and especially marihuana can cause them.
It is a good idea that you stop smoking.
I would prefer to see a photo of the cankers to see its conditions, you can upload a photo in reports.
Probably the canker you made bleed and now is yellow in middle I think it may be infected and the yellow part is pus.
I can suggest you to wash mouth well, rinse it with baking soda in water or salt water.
Then you can use topical antibiotics such amoxicillin.

here is a picture.i wasnt smoking but I got four of 5 of them
or at least not cigarettes or marijuana
