Question : hey, so after i go to the washroom and wipe till clean or shower i find myself dirty down there again in a bout a hour(sometimes earlier/later) and then sometimes again later after cleaning the second time. This causes me to be uncomfortable and sore down there. i feel like it causes cuts/sores. i will see bright red blood sometimes at end of wiping. it seems to be a reoccurring problem each day that heals over night then comes back the next time i use the washroom the day after. has been going on for a long time.

The symptoms you have described is probably due to fistula in ano.
Clinical examination including the perineal and rectal examination has to be done.
If the perineum shows any fistula, further evaluation with a MRI should be done.
The next possible cause is hemorrhoids/fissure since you have mentioned discomfort down there and bright red blood while wiping. The same perineal and rectal examination would help to know whether you have any of these.
