Detailed Answer:
Hello,

I have gone through your query and reviewed attached reports. Here is my advice.

As per attached reports, cholesterol levels are on higher side. For that I would suggest tablet atorvastatin 10 mg once a day at night for 3 months and repeat the test.

HbA1c level 5.8 indicates pre-diabetes stage. For that kindly follow strict diabetic diet and do aerobic exercises for 30 to 40 mins daily. Avoid high calorie food, bakery items, sweets.

For low vit B12, calcium, and vit. D you can take tablet neurobion forte, tablet shelcal and D rise XXXXXXX after physician consultation.

In view of high potassium levels, I would suggest you to consult with physician for detailed clinical examination and evaluation which will help to find out cause of high potassium level. Futher treatment depends upon underlying condition. Avoid food items containing high potassium like banana, potato.

Hope I have answered your query and let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care.

Regards,
Dr. Shyam XXXXXXX
