Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Welcome to 'Ask A Doctor' service
I have gone through your query.

I need to ask you a few questions:

Are you having the rash on the entire body?
Is it associated with itching, burning or pain?
Do you have a rash on palms and soles?
Which medicines have you taken for the fever?
After how many days of fever did you start with the allergy?

I would recommend you to upload the pictures of the affected areas under the report section of this web page so that I can have a clearer picture of the condition and can guide you accordingly.

Meanwhile, you can start with antihistaminic like tablet Levocetirizine 5mg once daily.

Regards
Dr Asmeet

Brief Answer:
Viral exanthem, antihistaminic, calamine lotion

Detailed Answer:
I have reviewed the attached photographs.
It seems to be a viral exanthem which is rash associated with fever.
It will take 6-7 days to resolve.
I would recommend you to take antihistaminic like tablet levocetrizine 5 mg twice daily and apply calamine lotion like atarax anti itch lotion on the affected areas twice daily for 1 week.
This will help in improving the rash.
