Question : hi I am 57 years old felling fever and tired but no coughing or sneezing
Brief Answer:
Take Tylenol!!!
Detailed Answer:
Hi and thanks so much for this query.
I have reviewed your information fully. This sounds like a viral infection, not excluding the COVID-19. To further assess your likelihood of this, it would be nice to know if you have come in contact with any sick persons or that you live in a highly prevalent community.
Good news is that you do not need any emergency visit at this time or any specific testing. I will advise you take Tylenol 650mg every 8hours This will address the fever and fatigue. However, if you get any breathing difficulties, please use the hospital.
I hope this helps and guides. I wish you well. Feel free to follow up with me as need be. Until then, stay well.

Brief Answer:
Could place a call to update your PMD!
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
You wouldn't need to go in at this time. Call your Primary care provider and let him/her know of your symptoms. You do not need to stop any of your ongoing medications including losartan.
I hope this helps. Keep me updated.
