The test suggested are-
An ultrasound of the abdomen- Basic test to see any gross problem with abdomen.
2D echo at least to rule out heart.
Any other symptoms like bloating, belching, indigestion nausea loose stools unformed stools acid peptic disorder history GERD? Apart from just heaviness.

And the amount of relief you got on a scale of 0 to 10 after having medication for 7 days.
