Hello!
Welcome to Ask a Doctor service!
I passed carefully through your question and would explain that as all previous cardiac tests have resulted normal, there is no reason to worry about it.
Anyway, if erratic pulse persists, I recommend performing some blood lab tests:
- complete blood count for anaemia
- thyroid hormone levels for thyroid dysfunction
- blood electrolytes for possible imbalances.
Unfortunately I can not see your ECG report attached to this question. Maybe a system error.
Could you please try to upload again, so I can give a more professional opinion?
I remain at your disposal for any further questions whenever you need!
Kind regards,
Dr.Ilir Sharka, Cardiologist

I would explain as follows:
Detailed Answer:
Hello again!
I just reviewed your ECG report and would explain that it shows only an ectopic heart beat but the main basal heart rhythm is normal sinus rhythm.
For this reason there is no reason to panic.
I would just recommend performing the above mentioned blood lab tests to check for any possible metabolic disorders.
If these palpitations persist, I would recommend discussing with your attending physician on the possibility of starting low dose of bisoprolol, to help prevent ectopic heart beats.
Hope you will find this answer helpful!
Wishing all the best and a Happy New year,
Dr.Iliri
