Question : hi I'm seeing things that's not there, it started this morning, it is black smoky cloud that appearing on my right eye, im taking medformin 500mg, once a day...

Hey thanks for your question. Are you taking metformin for diabetes is what I want to know dear . Seeing a smoky cloud in front of the eye means there is a problem in the vitreoretinal part aka the black of the eye so you should get it checked throughly by a retina specialist under pupillary dilatation. It could be vitreous degeneration or even a hemorrhage which is common in patients with high blood pressure and diabetes and needs to be treated with laser or surgery .So you should get it checked up soon.
