Question: hi docotr hope all well with you
i have been dignost with chronic sinusities for long time i was been trated by antibiotices and nasil spry like nasonax
the thing is before 3 months back i got bad smell from my nose i went to tte ent docotr and he told me it is allregy reaction and he gave xzal tablets and nasonaz spary for one month the symptoms disappear and gone but after one month again the bad smell came again and there was pressure and pain in my sinus
they did blood test all was ok and normal
then he did form me ct scan and also it was normal
i told to the docotor to do for me nasil cuture test but he told me no need for it . i went to the gp doctor and request for culture of naisl for bactria and fungal the result came negative for bactria and postive for fungal . so in this case what shall i do shall i need to take anti fungal tablets ?
also i forgot to mention that i have chronic gastaraities for long time since 2008 and i am eating nexum tablet amd got last time h.pilory infection and got treated
so my question what i should do for the fungal though it is a contamenated
