Question : hi doctor, My grandfather aged 85 years had slipped in bathroom and got his legs swelled. he is unable to walk and cannot go to a doctor. Asking for medical help. please let me know

Most probably he might have fractured one of his bones in the lower limb.
In elderly individuals the bones are very fragile and even a trivial fall can cause fracture. Severe pain and swelling are the hallmark of fracture.
You have to take him to an orthopaedic and get an X-ray at the earliest. Make sure that his limbs are splinted using a flat object while transporting. In some cases surgical correction is required.
You can apply icepacks for pain relief.
