Hello and welcome to "Ask A Doctor"

I have gone through your query and can certainly understand your concern,

Since she is having sharp lower abdominal pain, it could be a sign of labour. I would suggest it best for you to take her to the casualty, to rule out actual labour.

Constipation following vomiting could be due to the decrease of fluid intake. I would suggest her to drink plenty of warm water approx. 2L. Also this is very common during the third trimester, as the baby begins to descend thereby putting pressure of the lower structures.

I would recommend her to move about, and climb stairs, which may help in easy bowel movements.

I hope this helps,

Please feel free to discuss further,
Regards
