Hi Doctor. My Name Is XXXXXXX I'm 23 Years Old.

Consider tests...
Detailed Answer:
Dear XXXXXXX
I went through your query. The picture attached was not very clear, therefore I wasn't able to review it.
I understand you wish for a second opinion. However sitting at another end without a means to physically examine it is difficult to provide an opinion especially about the need for test. That being said if you persist to have high grade fever with or without joint pains, nausea, vomiting and if it's persisting beyond 5 days, I will suggest you to go ahead with the tests.
If you are concerned about the cost, you may wait for a day more (tomorrow being the 5th day) and see how you feel. If fever persists, I will suggest you not to wait any more and get the test done.
Hope this helps. Let me know if you need clarifications.
Regards

? Drug allergy
Detailed Answer:
Apologies for the late reply,
Viral infections also causes skin rashes; but since you report of very bad itching - probably the symptoms are from allergy due to ? some medications.
What medicines are you currently on?
I would suggest to start antiallergy treatment - tab levocetrizine or tab fexofenadine (allegra). You may also need a course of steroid. Report back to your doctor who can assess the possible causes for allergy - stop your earlier treatment and start you on steroids if deemed appropriate.
Let me know the details after your doctor visit.
