Question : hi doctor, my sister, female, age 25 Is having thyroid.please find the attachment and suggest the dosage.from last 3 months she was taking 62.5.she shall continue or change?

I have seen the attached report, the report shows high levels of T4, this is because of the thyroid hormone supplement she is taking.

You should ask her to reduce the dosage to 50 micrograms and then recheck the thyroid profile after 1 month to see the levels.

Everything else seems to be fine.

Revert with test results after 1 month so that further guidance can be provided as required.
