Brief Answer:
Anxiety may be the cause.
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for the query.
I have gone through your query and I can understand your concerns.
The most common cause for twitching is anxiety disorder. In your case anxiety may be the most possible causes. Rarely neurological dysfunction can cause twitching but it is unlikely in your case.
Avoid unwanted stress and anxiety. Relaxation techniques like yoga and meditation can help a bit.
Drink plenty or water and get adequate sleep because physical exertion and sleep deprivation can worsen the symptoms.
If symptoms persist even after dealing the anxiety, we can evaluate for other causes.
Hope I have answered your query.
Thanks
