Question : hi dr hope all well with u
before 1m and half i had sinusitis at that time when they did for ne rainoscooy and tehy didnt find any pus inside the nose and j was just using 2puffs nasonax and i was eating antihistamin tablets

before 3 weeks i had pain in my sinus and the pain went to my head as well i went to the doctor again and he gave me ciprofloxin for 14 days but aftrr comlleting the 7 days there were no improvment
but my stomach became ok bcz i had some bctria in my stomach ecoli

alao my upper teeth was itching

now he gave me suprax this is my 3day but still not feeling ok
also i did xray for my teeth the doctor told me there is havy infection my sinus ( will send the image )

so i would like to know shall i change the antibotic
or continue till finish the course which he gave me for 7 days

or i need to do other thing

Hii. You are having rhinosinusitis may be infective in origin. You can take antibiotic augmentin which is effective in rhinosinusitis. As you have started another antibiotic ,continue the course.Take steam inhalation, fluticasone nasal spray. Continue antiallergic tablet levocetrizine. You can take solsprey nasal spray to clean your nose and sinuses. You can take a X ray paranasal sinuses and send the report.
