Brief Answer:
You can take medicine for the same.

Detailed Answer:
Hello dear,
Thanks for trusting us about your health care.
I have gone through your history and reports and understand your concerns.
Your reports are suggestive of early intrauterine pregnancy with yolk sac but not having foetal cardiac activity in your ultrasound.
You have to go for repeat ultrasound after 2weeks for foetal cardiac activity and blood beta hcg testing.
You have to take proper rest and avoid any physical activity and sex to avoid bleeding.
You can take progesterone as well to support pregnancy.
Drink a lot of water and soft diet and lifestyle changes are required in your case.
You can take medicine for vomiting.
Hope found useful, feel free to ask more information.
Good luck
Regards
