find attached report of my grandfather 77yrs male. i am having kidney disease? i dont have any problem as of now.

Based on the reports that you have posted I would like to state that your grandfather does not have any kidney disease or of urinary system at all.

All his reports are normal except slightly raised creatinine level which could be mostly due to dehydration

Ensure he drinks more water.
