Question : hi, have this bump on my groin area. texture is rough/hard and red but that could be because i picked at it a bit. size is small, I would say maybe size of a zit. thanks in advance

I read your query and here is my advice.

I see the photo you attached and most probably the bump is caused by inflammation of the nerve roots causing a boil called folliculitis.
You ban use antibiotic ointment such tetracycline ointment or even ictiol ointment.
Letting the zone unshaved can help the skin regeneration don't let increase.
