I have gone through your query and would recommend you to use a ketoconazole shampoo like kenz shampoo or kz shampoo every alternate days.
You can also take antifungal medicines like tablet fluconazole 200 mg twice weekly for 3-4 weeks.
This will take care of dandruff. But it can have side effects so take it under doctors supervision and only in bad case.
Also avoid oiling of scalp.
