i am 34yrs healthy individual with an accidental finding on Eco. i am healthy and not suffering from any ailment. please advise the prognosis on attached Eco

Hi,
Welcome.
This is Dr Sameer cardiologist.
Bicuspid aortic valve is a congenital heart malformation which is generally accidentally detected on 2D Echo.
Currently he only has mild to moderate leakage of Aortic valve (regurgitation).
These patients may remain normal throughout life and may not need any intervention but mostly this regurgitation increase over period of time and the patient may need replacement of valve. They need observation and period Echo.
