Question : hi i am loosing my hair from front line dr suggested me minoxidil and hairbless tablet. i am not applying minoxidil and i dont want to apply monoxide as its a temperary solution. from last month i am using this hairbless tablet, so i wanna ask is there any possibilities of getting results from this tablet? and as i am not taking minoxidil, so is there anything which i should take along with or in place of hairbless tablet?

I have gone through your query and reviewed the attached photograph.
You seem to be having male pattern baldness which is a genetic and hormonal in nature,
Minoxidil is definitely the treatment of choice for this type of hair loss.
If you don’t want to use minoxidil your can apply some other hair serum like andranagen hair serum twice daily along with hairbless tablet.
This needs to be continued for 4-5 months to see significant results.

thanks for the response. is andrenagen same like minoxidil, i mean once i stop applying that serum will i again loose my hairs? also can you tell me of which brand should i buy?

Andranagen is different from minoxidil.

You seem to be having male pattern baldness (androgenetic alopecia) which doesn’t have a permanent cure.

Any medicine you will use for it will work till the time you are applying it.
On stopping them hair fall will again start after a gap of 6-12 months.
Andranagen is a branded serum.

thanks, i am ok if my hair doesn't regrow at that particular area, what i want is more hair should not fall ,and want to get thick hair currently hair become very thin and fizzy. thats why i dont want to apply minoxidil so can you tell me what medicine should i follow. hope you understand my concern.

I would recommend you to apply andranagen lotion twice daily and take tablet follihair A once daily.
This will take care of thinning and loss of hair.
