                                    Brief Answer:
Please some more information about your concern
Detailed Answer:
Hello and welcome in Ask the Doctor
I can understand your concern but could you be more specific in your symptoms? How many days do you have cough ,do you smoke do you have other diseases ,do you have other symptoms such as breathlessness or sore throat?
Normally in acute pharyngitis or bronchitis it might be to have bloody phlegm as a result of inflammation of the airways. This lasts for 3-5 days maximally. If more than you should do a chest X ray for confirmation. So I recommend you to talk with your doctor after some days if this continues .
Hope to have been helpful

                                    Brief Answer:
A common cold or a light flu
Detailed Answer:
Hi again
Ok now it's more clear your condition.
Yes This is mostly a common cold or a light flu. Given the fact that you are nearly in normal condition than nothing is needed any more further. The cough probably will last for 1-2 weeks but it should be in improvement continuesly. So wait and see how you will be. I don't think this is serious. You can continue paracetamol until 2-3 days more instead.

                                    Hi
On Wednesday I developed a fever and body aches but I been have paracetamol and that’s all finished now. In the last 2 days I cough about 4 times a day but that’s with mucus. Today it was clear only a hour ago I coughed up and it looked pink red?

Do I need to go hospital? Is it pneumonia or anything worser. I checked online they say it might be that.

Yes I agree with you. I have no coughed after that. No mucus or anything so it might been something else.
